Arash was kind and informative. He also went the extra mile when the new GFCI outlet, which was bigger and better, did not fit this old house. Though it turned out I didn't need an Electrician for what I was wanting, I wanted to comment on McKenzie for having a pleasant and professional mannerism over the phone when contacting the office and also, Bobby, who came out to access what I had called for, but politely explained that what I was describing to him was not for an Electrician (because I didn't have that in mind), but a handyman would be able to install a Wireless motion sensor light. I appreciated his honesty and he didn't try and talk me into doing anything else. Thank you!

I had an emergent electrical problem. Laswell staff are understanding, kind treated my problem with urgency! Chad made a call and got started helping me the minute they opened.
